Jean is best known for her contemporary fashion jewellery. She uses chunky silver & delicate silver wire and sometimes combines this with richly machine embroidered silk, beads, and dyed and felted woollen fibres.
She also works to commission to make contemporary and unusual hard back note/scrap books and photo albums. They usually contain beautiful hand made paper, and like the jewellery, have covers of embroidered and dyed silk fabric, and are embellised with metal, beads, feathers, or whatever is appropriate to the design.
