Marie is a creative tailoress, dressmaker and textile artist with an eye for detail. Her love of antique and vintage textiles is at the foundation of her practice. She combines this passion with her classic dressmaking and pattern construction skills, allowing her to devise unique garments and accessories with minimal environmental impact. 

 

She has a conscientious approach to repurposing found high quality textiles of differing eras and styles, finding inspiration from the nimble-fingered, industrious generations of women who went before her.
