Toby Winteringham - Furniture maker and woodworker

Toby's designs are bold in line and form. Like poetry - a pared down economy of form and structure combine to create dynamic statement pieces with a longevity that transcend today’s rapidly changing tastes.

He works primarily in wood, both solid and veneers with the emphasis on hand skills. Some pieces, decorated with distinctive trompe l’oeil marquetry designs and motifs, move into another dimension.

He also make smaller pieces, such as mirrors, magazine holders, trays and jewellery for sale in galleries and online.
