Are you a professional maker looking to join a vibrant community of skilled craftspeople? There’s still time to apply to the Suffolk Craft Society—our summer application window closes on 31st July.
Founded in 1970, the Suffolk Craft Society promotes excellence in contemporary craft, supporting its 90+ members through exhibitions, collaboration, and education. We welcome applications from designer-makers based in Suffolk or nearby counties whose work shows strong design, technical skill, originality, and a clear commitment to their craft. A sustainable approach is especially encouraged.
The application process includes a short form, up to 8 images of your work, and a small admin fee. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a 20-minute Zoom interview with members of the committee.
