Show open daily from Friday 7th November until Sunday 23 November 10-4.00pm daily.
If you are new to the Society or have not shown your work at the Guildhall, we have two large halls to fill, that give a fantastic backdrop to your work. They are both easily accessible on the ground floor.
Handing in Day Monday 3rd November 12-3.00pm.
The setup team will begin putting up the display equipment during the morning of the 3rd and continue staging show until Thursday 6th.
We will open from Friday 7th and plan to advertise our first Open Weekend, as last year, with a selection of personal invites.
The show closes at 4.00 on Sunday 23rd
Taking down Monday 24th November - Members collection 12-3.00pm.
Please ALSO complete two copies and bring both, along with your work and £15 hanging fee, on delivery day. Check the Exhibition FAQ page for makers code and commision rates.
Social Media
Can Makers who plan to exhibit at The Guildhall please send Clare Gaylard a couple (no more than three) of works in progress (WIP) photos for social media. Hands at work, a process or holding a WIP or finished item are perfect.
Preferably not straightforward product photographs as these are less intriguing and don’t generate the same level of engagement and interest leading up to a show. They can be sent via email or Instagram, no files or folders that require access please. These will also be shared with Helen Smith for the website.
Please note that there is currently a £15 hanging fee which can be paid on the Zettle on handing in day. If you are asking someone else to bring your work, please supply them with £15 on your behalf.
