We warmly encourage all members to attend this year’s Annual General Meeting, not only to participate in the essential elections and motions, but also to engage in the Open Forum following the formal proceedings — a valuable opportunity to raise ideas and discuss matters of interest. Please be respectful.
Call for Committee Nominations
Members interested in joining the Committee or taking a more active role in the running of the Society are invited to put themselves forward.
Nominations must be proposed and seconded by members in good standing (i.e. fully paid-up).
The nominee’s written consent is also required.
There will be three vacancies on the Committee this year.
The deadline for nominations is end of business on Tuesday 2 September.
Formal paperwork and reports will be distributed on Wednesday 3 September.
